VICTORIA LANG (Founder & Managing Member) has enjoyed a wide-ranging career as a Producer of theatre, film, television and concerts. She was recently represented on Broadway with George Orwell’s 1984 and as a co-producer on the hit comedy SYLVIA starring Matthew Broderick and Annaleigh Ashford and presented the Drama Desk Award nominated production of Found: A New Musical (NY Times Critics’ Pick) at the Atlantic Theatre Company and the Philadelphia Theatre Company.
Her European premiere of SILENCE! The Musical, the unauthorized parody of the iconic film The Silence of the Lambs, was a London hit and in New York opened to rave reviews, sold-out houses and a 2-year run Off-Broadway. SILENCE! won the Off Broadway Alliance and Obie Awards for Best Musical, 3 LA Drama Critics Awards, and was named one of the “Top 10 Plays of the Year” by TIME Magazine. The original cast album has been released on Sh-K-Boom Records.
Her production of the smash hit MATT & BEN was called “The Hottest Play in New York” by Newsweek Magazine and “One of the Top 5 Plays of the Year” by Time Magazine. She went on to produce the show in Los Angeles, Chicago and on tour. Victoria premiered the new musical JOHNNY GUITAR in New York, which received the Outer Critics Circle Award for Outstanding Off-Broadway Musical, as well as the celebrated musical LISTEN TO MY HEART: THE SONGS OF DAVID FRIEDMAN at Studio 54, which was nominated for a prestigious Drama Desk Award.
Victoria opened the first New York Musical Festival (NYMF) with SHOUT! The Mod Musical. SHOUT! went on to a six month Off-Broadway run before launching a national tour and productions worldwide, as well as an exclusive 7-year license with Norwegian Cruise Lines.
She has been represented on London’s West End with productions of FUNNY GIRL, BAT BOY: THE MUSICAL and SHOUT! Touring productions include DIVORCE PARTY THE MUSICAL: THE HILARIOUS JOURNEY TO HELL… AND BACK!, LISTEN TO MY HEART, SHOUT! and the upcoming RISE.
Ms. Lang began her legit career at the general management firm of Theatre Now. There, she was a part of such Broadway productions as THE LITTLE FOXES with Elizabeth Taylor, PETER PAN with Sandy Duncan, THE FIRST, OH BROTHER, and the revivals of OKLAHOMA!, WEST SIDE STORY and BRIGADOON. She ran the New York office for Producer Zev Bufman and Elizabeth Taylor’s The Elizabeth Theatre Group. Productions included the Richard Burton/Elizabeth Taylor production of PRIVATE LIVES, The Tony-nominated A VIEW FROM THE BRIDGE starring Tony LoBianco, THE CORN IS GREEN starring Cicely Tyson, JERRY’S GIRLS starring Carol Channing, Dorothy Loudon and Leslie Uggams, REQUIEM FOR A HEAVWEIGHT starring John Lithgow and George Segal, JOSEPH AND THE AMAZING TECHNICOLOR DREAMCOAT starring David Cassidy and later Andy Gibb, and PEG starring Peggy Lee.
For her work in television, Victoria received 3 Emmy Award nominations as a Producer on the popular nationally-syndicated show LIVE WITH REGIS & KATHIE LEE. She created and executive produced HAVEN, a nationally-syndicated weekly sponsored program on home decorating starring Joy Philbin. She co-produced and wrote the successful Pledge Specials for PBS: “GUY LOMBARDO: THE SWEETEST MUSIC THIS SIDE OF HEAVEN” and “GLENN MILLER’S GREATEST HITS,” starring Kathie Lee Gifford. For A&E, she produced the star-studded, top rated network special “ROSEMARY CLOONEY’S DEMI-CENTENNIAL: A Girl Singer’s Golden Anniversary.
Ms. Lang worked in publicity and sales at CBS as well as serving as Senior Vice President and Director of the Broadcast Department at the Rowland Company, a division of Saatchi and Saatchi, where she developed sponsored entertainment.
Ms. Lang has produced several independent feature films including the popular MACBETH IN MANHATTAN, DARK TIDES on Showtime, PERFECT LIES and CHAOS THEORY for Alloy.com.
Victoria was a founding partner and Co-President for over 15 years of PLUS Media, Inc., one of the largest producers of lifestyle programming for television nationwide.
Ms. Lang is a member of The League of Off-Broadway Theaters and Producers, The Off Broadway Alliance, the British Academy of Film & Television, Who’s Who in Entertainment, Who’s Who in American Professionals and Who’s Who in American Women, She attended Emerson College and is a summa cum laude graduate of Long Island University.
Ryan Bogner (Founder & Managing Member) is an innovative and successful theatrical producer and marketer who has worked extensively with several of the most prominent theatrical producers and artists in New York City. He has a vast personal network in the theatrical community and has produced shows on Broadway, at New World Stages, Williamstown Theater Festival, The Ohio Theater, 42West, The Zipper Factory, The Julia Miles Theater, Dixon Place, The New York Musical Festival and The New York International Fringe Festival as well as countless developmental workshops, readings, concerts and one-off events. Notable productions include: THE WOODSMAN, HERE LIES LOVE, THE ORION EXPERIENCE, YEAST NATION, DOCTOR ZHIVAGO, TOP HAT, BIG FISH, and CHEERS: LIVE ON STAGE among others.
From 2012-2016, Ryan served as the Director of Creative Development and Production at RKO Stage Productions, where he was responsible for the theatrical development and licensing of titles taken from the RKO Pictures film library and other acquired properties, as well as management of the studio’s New York office and it’s Broadway producing and investing operations.
In addition to working as a creative producer of live theatrical content, Ryan is an expert in working with intellectual property holders to create content for theater based on their libraries. He has worked with Stageworks Media and Playscripts.com in the creation and licensing of theatrical content and with partners such as CBS and Sony Music.
Prior to beginning his producing career, Mr. Bogner worked in the executive and theater operations departments at Jujamcyn Theaters, and in the professional licensing department at Theatrical Rights Worldwide, managing licenses of such shows as SPAMALOT and THE COLOR PURPLE for major professional theaters domestically and internationally. He has also worked professionally as a performer, director and comedy writer for live entertainment.
Ryan holds a B.F.A. in Musical Theater and Directing from The Boston Conservatory, and an M.F.A. in Theater Management and Producing from Columbia University. He has guest lectured at his alma mater as well at Pace University on the business of theater, and has been a frequent panelist for many non-profit theatrical organizations on the subject of new musical development and producing, including NAMT, NYMF, TRU and the Musical Theater Factory.
Bill DiModugno (Founder) was a founding partner and a managing member of the theatrical touring company Off Broadway Booking – a full service booking agency distributing musicals, plays, and family attractions to theatres nationwide. His primary focus was financial and business administration. Bill was also involved in a variety of Off Broadway theatrical productions such as FOUND, SHOUT!, 25 QUESTIONS FOR A JEWISH MOTHER starring Judy Gold, and the hip-hop musical HISTORY OF THE WORD.
